Die Edison - Ford Winter Estates sind direkt am Caloosahatchee River und sehr leicht zu finden. Parkplätze gegenüber vom Museum. Die Familien Edison und Ford verlebten hier einige Winter und kann die Wohnhäuser und das Labor von Thomas Edison besichtigen. Besonders beeindruckend ist das Labor wenn die offizielle Führung vorbei ist und man sich nochmal in die Zeit des großartigen Erfinders zurückversetzen kann. Information erhält man über eien ausgereifte und informative Audioführung. Preislich vollkommen in Ordnung.

Tipp: Zur Weihnachtszeit sind alle Räumlichkeiten und der Garten wunderschön weihnachtlich dekoriert.
